Representative Navarre moved and asked unanimous consent to                    
withdraw the following:                                                        
                                                                               
HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 2                                                  
Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska               
establishing a unicameral legislature; and providing for an                    
effective date for each amendment.                                             
                                                                               
There being no objection, HJR 2 was withdrawn.
